" European refugees integration action scheme - European Refugee Integration Action Plan "
Purpose: The ERIAS project is the European Chambers' response to the issue of labour market integration of third-country nationals (TCN), including refugees. The project proposes a specific methodology for the integration of third-country nationals (TCNs) into the labour market. In particular, it aims to raise awareness, through business support organisations, of the benefits of early labour market integration of third-country nationals, to assess their skills and to train them.
Partners from Spain, Italy, Greece and Bulgaria will test the ERIAS approach, offering the possibility of integration to third-country nationals, taking into account the employment needs of enterprises. The project will also consider developing a handbook of good integration practices, as a step towards changing mindsets when addressing the issue of their integration.
Participating actors: The Lead Partner of the project is Formaper (Milan Chamber of Commerce Educational Organisation) and other partners are the Association of European Chambers, the Chamber of Commerce of Spain, the Chamber of Commerce of Mallorca, the Chamber of Valencia, the Chamber of Commerce of Valencia, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Bulgaria, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Haskovo, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Stara Zagora, the Association of Business Women of Greece, the Chamber of Chalkidiki, the KEK Technical Institute of Heraklion Chamber, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Brittany and the Milan Chamber of Commerce.
