"Digital based tools aiming at the development of skills for internationalization"

Aim: The IN_DIGIT2EU project aims to develop the skills of SMEs and low-skilled adults in the field of internationalization through an integrated tool. This tool, on the one hand, assesses the readiness for internationalization and, on the other hand, allows access to a skills upgrading pathway, adapted to the individual needs not only of SMEs , but especially between the organizations working with SMEs and HR. It also includes a training program for SMEs, which will be proportionate to the needs of the enterprises with the aim of implementing internationalization.

Participating organisations:  Lead partner is Arad Development Center (Romania), Danmar Computers LLC (Poland), Grantxpert Consulting Limited (Cyprus), E&D Knowledge Consulting LDA (Portugal), KEK Technical Schools Chamber of Heraklion (Greece) and Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania).
