Purpose: The ICARO project aims to improve the employability and social inclusion of unemployed adult learners through a recognized training program on horizontal skills. ICARO will design a personalized training pathway which will be tailored to the individual needs of the trainees and will attempt to certify the skills they will acquire after the practical application of the training program. In addition, the skills of the Adult Trainers will be improved through a five-day training program which they will attend to enable them to apply the ICARO methodology to end-users.
